The council only considers limited matters such as transport, flooding, and external appearance.

Use for a larger single-storey rear extension (4.1–6m for attached houses; 4.1–8m for detached houses) under the Neighbour Consultation Scheme, or for change of use from commercial to residential (Class MA), or agricultural to residential (Class Q).
